Questions about the legal address
How much does a legal address in Tashkent cost at C-Space?
UZS 700,000 a month for a 3 m² lease for companies and sole traders not paying VAT, UZS 2,500,000 a month for an 18 m² lease for VAT payers. VAT included, no deposit.
Why two options and which one to choose?
VAT payers need a lease for a larger area, so theirs is 18 m². Companies and sole traders without VAT need only 3 m². If unsure, leave a request and we will advise based on your tax regime.
What is E-ijara and why register the lease there?
E-ijara is the state system for registering leases. A lease registered there is accepted for company registration, by the tax office and by banks. We register the lease ourselves, usually the same working day.
Can we register an LLC at this address?
Yes. A lease registered in E-ijara works for registering an LLC or a sole trader, and for changing the legal address of an existing company.
How fast is the contract ready?

Can we use an office or meeting rooms?
Meeting rooms at every location can be booked online in C-Connect. A desk or an office is a separate contract: Flex from UZS 1,500,000, an office from UZS 2,500,000 per person a month.
