How much does office rent in Tashkent cost at C-Space?
From UZS 2,500,000 per person a month at Tashkent locations, UZS 3,600,000 at Park and Newport, UZS 1,500,000 in Fergana. The price includes furniture, 300 Mbit/s internet, utilities, reception and 24/7 access. VAT included.
Why per person and not per square metre?
So you pay only for your team’s seats. Meeting rooms, kitchen, corridors and reception are shared and included. For a team of 5–15 this is usually cheaper than a business-centre lease plus fit-out and furniture.
Is there a deposit?
No. You pay for one month of rent only.
How fast can we move in?
Free offices are ready immediately. It takes 6 days from first contact to move-in, and we sign the contract within 1 hour of receiving your documents.
Can we rent short-term?
Yes, the contract is monthly. You can leave at any time with 30 days’ notice and no penalties.
Are there offices for 1–3 people?
Yes, at most locations. Today’s free offices are shown on this page and on each location page. If there is none in your area, a manager will offer the nearest location or a Flex desk in open space.
What if the team grows?
We add seats at the same location or move you to a bigger office within the network, with no new fit-out and no move to another district.
Can we register the company at the office address?
Yes. We register the office lease in E-ijara, and the company can be registered at that address. An address without an office is a separate contract, from UZS 700,000 a month.
Is there parking?
C-Space has no parking of its own. There is city parking near the locations; we will point it out on the tour.
