1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.    This regulation, which describes the privacy policy of personal data, defines the purposes of processing personal data of visitors, as well as the procedure for collecting, using, protecting and transferring personal data and cookies, and also includes information on the rights of persons whose data are collected in accordance with the General Data Protection Rules (GDPR) and with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Personal Data' 

1.2.    This Policy is developed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Personal Data', and is published for open access on the website of the consulting company 'C-Space' 

2. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING 

2.1. The personal data of our visitors will be processed for the following purposes: 
1. Sending our Visitors reference materials and materials on various areas of law to the e-mail addresses that our Visitors indicate;  
2. By providing Customers and Visitors with the opportunity to contact 'C-Space' for feedback; 
3. Advising Clients and Visitors regarding the services we provide in order to support the Website Visitors and the provisions of the contract between C-Space and the relevant Visitors. 

3. PRIVACY STATEMENT 

3.1. C-Space will only collect and use personal data if one or more of the following conditions are met: 

1. We have obtained your consent to process your personal data; 
2. The processing is necessary for the performance of the terms of the contract or in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to protect your important interests; 
3. The procedure is necessary to fulfill its obligations under the law to which C-Space is obliged to obey; 
4. The processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest in connection with our core business.   
3.2. Types of data processing: 
1. Data on existing or potential customers in the EEA and non-EEA countries; 
2. Data on agents and employees in the EEA and non-EEA countries; 
3. Data on employees and candidates for the position; 
4. Information about adverse parties and their representatives to the extent necessary to protect the legitimate interests of our clients and potential customers; 
5. Data on subscribers to newsletters and announcements of the company 'C-Space'; 
6. Data on participants of events organized or coordinated by 'C-Space'. 
3.3. When you visit the C-Space website, read texts and download other information, C-Space collects the following information: 
1. date and time of visiting the website;  
2. the number and name of the pages visited, as well as the duration of the visit to each page;  
3. The IP address assigned to the device to connect to the Internet;  
4. browser type and operating system;  
5. The URL of the website from which the visitor came. 
3.4. The company 'C-Space' will limit the collection of personal data: 
1. For customers and potential customers, participants of the event, as well as opponents and their representatives: name, company, position, contact details (phone, fax, e-mail, company address); 
2. For potential candidates for employment: name, surname, work history, education and qualifications, recommendations, contact details (phone, e-mail, address); 
3. For newsletter subscribers: name, company, job title and e-mail address. 

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA: 

4.1. The owner of personal data has the following rights: 

1. Request the updating, blocking or destruction of their personal data;  
2. Obtain a list of personal data processed by C-Space and the source from which these personal data were obtained, notify about the period of processing of personal data, including the storage period, as well as any other information on the processing of personal data;  
3. Request that all persons to whom his/her inaccurate or incomplete personal data have been informed of any corrections or additions;  
4. To challenge in accordance with the established procedure any illegal actions or omissions in the processing of their personal data. 
4.2. The owner of personal data must provide only accurate data about himself. 
4.3. The visitor gives his consent to the processing of personal data during the entire period necessary for the company 'C-Space' to achieve the purposes of processing such personal data. 
4.4. The visitor can withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data by sending a written application to the e-mail address 'C-Space' e-mall: info@cspace.uz 
4.5. To register for an event organized or coordinated by C-Space, you will be asked to provide your name, position, company details and contact details, which will allow us to ensure your participation in the event and obtain all the necessary information. By registering for an event organized or coordinated by C-Space, you consent to us sharing your name, title and position with the company to other participants in the event. 

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY 'C-SPACE': 

5.1. When processing personal data, C-Space may carry out the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (updating or modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision or access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion or destruction of the Visitor's personal data. 

5.2. If Visitors take part in events held by C-Space, we may disclose the relevant personal data of the Visitor to persons participating in the event. 
5.3. 'C-Space' cannot disclose the Visitor's personal data for commercial purposes without his consent. The processing of the Visitor's personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works and / or services on the market through direct contact with a potential consumer using means of communication is allowed only with the prior consent of the Visitor. 
5.4. C-Space may not transfer personal data to third parties, except for the following persons: 
1. Officials of state bodies within the limits of their authority;  
2. persons to whom C-Space transfers personal data in accordance with the contract with the owner of personal data;  
3. Persons entrusted by C-Space with the processing of personal data;  
4. Successors of the company 'C-Space' in case of its reorganization;  
5. By other persons, with the consent of the subject of personal data. 
5.1. Undertakes to warn persons who have received the Visitor's personal data that such data can only be used for appropriate purposes, and to require such persons to confirm their compliance with this rule. 
5.6. Persons who have received the Visitor's personal data are obliged to keep this data confidential (confidential). 

6. SUBSCRIBE TO NEWS 

6.1.C-Space will only send its newsletter to its subscribers after obtaining positive consent to receive the newsletter.

7. COOKIES AND INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THE C-SPACE WEBSITE.

8. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA 

8.1. C-Space applies appropriate technical and operational security standards to protect the information provided by Site Visitors from unauthorized access, disclosure, distortion, blocking or destruction. 
8.2. All collected and processed data is protected by a series of precautionary measures that prevent unauthorized access to our systems. 
8.3. Access to personal data is provided only to authorized employees of the company 'C-Space' who have undertaken to maintain the confidentiality of such information. 

9. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA 

9.1. 'C-Space' will only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or the performance of any tasks or requirements arising from a contract or obligation, unless you object, request the deletion or restriction of processing earlier, and we are not obliged to keep your personal data for longer. 
9.2. Upon achievement of these goals or after the expiration of the period of personal data processing, the personal data of our Visitors will be destroyed. 

10. FINAL PROVISIONS 

10.1. The Policy may be amended at any time at the discretion of C-Space. The current version of the 'C-Space' Policy is always available for review by the general public at its permanent address: Use of this Website and social networks by Visitors shall be considered as your consent to these changes. 
10.2. Control over the implementation of the requirements of this Policy is carried out by the person responsible for the organization of the processing of personal data provided for by the internal documents of the company 'C-Space'.
